Brother 2 Brother ( also known as Brother To Brother ) is a professional London based 4-piece band led by the Armistead Brothers, Brian and Paul, both of whom are lead / rhythm guitarists and vocalists. The rhythm section of bass and drums completes the line-up.
The band is dedicated to providing professional entertainment throughout the UK and abroad. With a reputation for delivering a compelling performance of great songs with infectious energy and a total command of their instruments, the musical empathy between the brothers and with the rest of the band creates something special at every event they play.
Individually the band's members have played with some of the most talented musicians around, from chart topping bands, household names and music legends such as Hot Chocolate, Shakatak, Art of Noise, Sheila Ferguson (3 Degrees), The Proclaimers, Odyssey, Nina Simone and Van Morrison, to name a few. The 'brothers' have also composed for TV and radio ads for products such as Ambre Solaire and Laboratoire Garnier Movida.
Their music appeals to a large spectrum of tastes and ages, with a vast selection of material spanning several decades right up to the present day. Brother 2 Brother offer an unbeatable combination of outstanding musical ability and versatility, with a reputation for providing quality entertainment and service.
The band is available as :-
Option 1 : The 4-piece band, comprising two guitars with two vocals, bass & drums. This is a 'do it all' set up for any party or function. Offering everything from dinner jazz and background/reception music to a fantastic selection for dancing. With a repertoire of classics through to current hits – this is musical entertainment at its best. The 4-piece can be smoothly scaled up to a 5-piece with the addition of a saxophone or if required a full horn section.
Option 2 : The Duo of two guitarists/vocals, playing either with backing tracks for a ‘band like’ sound or ‘unplugged’ with acoustic guitars or low volume electric guitars. With a repertoire of over 300 songs – this is unbeatable musical entertainment at an affordable price. If you prefer the ‘unplugged’ sound, the Duo can be augmented with a bass, sax or percussion.

Set List / Performance Info
The band has an extremely large repertoire of several hundred songs, consisting of hits from the 1940's Rat Pack, 50's and every decade up to the present day. With such an extensive and varied set list they can accomodate a broad range of tastes and styles.
Clients are invited to pick some of their favourite songs from the bands extensive songlist so that each performance can be tailored for their special occasion. This ensures each and every booking is unique and fresh.
If you have a particular song you would like to hear and the band don't already know it they are happy to take requests in advance.
Normally the band plays 2 x 1 hour sets, but are totally flexible and can adjust set lists and performance times to suit your event. An extra set of an hour or more can be arranged if required.
Between sets CDs can be played through the band's sound system.
